Monadnock Immigrant Solidarity Collaborative
The Monadnock Immigrant Solidarity Collaborative is a network of people in the southwest corner of New Hampshire, some of us immigrants, some of us allies, who support our immigrant neighbors. We believe immigrants enrich and strengthen our communities through their hard work, wisdom and culture. Our communities are welcoming places and we intend to keep them that way.

Mission
We support our neighbors and our communities by curating and sharing reliable, accurate, publicly available information on topics such as “Know Your Rights,” digital security, legal resources, and rapid response networks. Our aim is to have this information available in one place to make it easy for users to find, browse, and use.
We are not lawyers and we are not giving legal advice here. If you want legal advice, please go to the sources of the documents here (for instance, the American Civil Liberties Union or the American Immigration Lawyers Association), or consult an immigration attorney.

We will do our best to keep these resources current. However, if you notice that something is out of date, or if you have a new resource to offer, please contact us at info@monadnockimmigration.org and we may include it here. We are not trying to collect all newspaper articles and opinion pieces on the topic of immigration, instead our focus is on well researched information that may be useful to you and your group.
Most of this information deals with federal immigration law and with your rights under the US Constitution, so it is not particular to any one state. However, state laws vary, and state legislation is being proposed and voted on every week, so please be sure that you stay current with the laws in force where you live.
For New Hampshire residents, two valuable resources are the State House Watch from the American Friends Service Committee and updates from the Granite State Organizing Project’s Immigrant Solidarity Network.
